There's a free plan: 200 calls per month and 2 administrations, for €0. Starter is €19 (750 calls, 3 administrations), Pro €49 (2,500 calls, 10 administrations, including writing) and Enterprise €249 (unlimited calls and administrations). So you can try it free before you pay.

We measure in tool calls; a question costs about 3 calls on average, so the number of questions is an estimate. Free: 200 calls (~60 questions). Starter: 750 (~250). Pro: 2,500 (~800). Enterprise: unlimited.

Read-only by default. Writing (creating invoices, journal entries and more) is included on Pro and Enterprise. You enable it per administration and every write action is recorded in an audit log. Deleting is never possible.

We show you the number of questions you can ask (~60, ~250, ~800). Internally, each question uses 2-4 API calls on average. A complex question with follow-ups may use more.

An administration is a company or accounting entity in Exact Online. Many entrepreneurs have a holding + operating company (= 2 administrations).

Yes, you can switch plans anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades at the end of your billing period.

Billing goes through the Exact Online App Store. You'll see the charges on your Exact Online invoice.

We are fully GDPR compliant. Data is processed within the EU and we only store OAuth tokens, not your business data.

Cancel anytime via your Exact Online App Store settings. You keep access until the end of your paid period, then you're automatically moved to the free plan.
